Grounds Crew - Job responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating outside repairs including concrete work, playground repair/movement, erosion control, fencing, etc.  Coordinate all aspects of lawn care and groundskeeping such as mowing, edging, tree/shrub trimming, mulching, etc.  This position must have experience in operating a backhoe, forklift, tractor, and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.  Will periodically examine and test machinery, equipment, components, and parts for defects to ensure proper functioning.  This position will be responsible for pickup and moving equipment, furniture, and other items from vendors and location to location as needed. Other duties will be assigned.

High school graduate or GED required.  Valid Arkansas driver's license and Class "B" CDL or higher are required.  Three to five years of experience is preferred.  Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug and background checks, as well as random drug testing.  The work environment is located generally in a school setting with frequent contact with students and adults.  The maintenance employee is to display appropriate behavior with students at all times.
