POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Administrative Director of Facilities & Maintenance is responsible for organizing, administering, and leading a comprehensive maintenance program that ensures the efficient and economical provision and upkeep of the district’s facilities, grounds, equipment, and furnishings. This role ensures that all students, staff, and community members have access to safe, attractive, and healthy environments for learning and work. The Director oversees maintenance services, ensures compliance with regulations, develops long-term maintenance plans, and coordinates with various stakeholders to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetics of district properties.
